L1 热身问题 Warm-up Questions

任务 Task：先完整看一遍。这一遍不要试图听懂每个字，只回答三个问题： Watch the whole episode once. Don't try to catch every word — just answer three questions:

就你 + adjective — sounds like blame, actually means you're close

结构 Structure：就你 + 形容词（或形容词短语）就你 + adjective (or adjective phrase) 语感 Nuance：表面在责怪对方，实际是关系很近的人之间的玩笑话，语气要轻快。不是真的生气。 On the surface it blames the other person, but in reality it's a joke between people who are close. Keep the tone light. You are NOT actually angry.

• 剧中 In the show：郑萋——就你贫嘴，你被角都没掖好。
• 他例 More examples： ① 就你聪明，别人都想不到？Aren't you the clever one — nobody else could think of that? ② 就你话多，快吃饭。You and your talking. Eat your food. ③ 就你爱花钱，这个月又买了几件衣服？You and your spending — how many clothes did you buy this month?

练一练 Practice：朋友每次见面都说你胖，其实是在开玩笑。你怎么回他？ Every time you meet, your friend says you've gained weight — but it's really just teasing. How do you answer?

还……呢 — "I was planning to…" / "It's not what you think"

结构 Structure：还 + 动词短语 + 呢 还 + verb phrase + 呢 语感 Nuance：① 说明"我本来打算做某事" states an intention you already had；② 表示"情况跟对方以为的不一样"，带一点解释或强调。signals that the situation is different from what the other person assumed, with a touch of explanation or emphasis.

• 剧中 In the show：吴池——我还打算去机场接你们呢。
• 他例 More examples： ① A：你怎么知道这么多？　B：我还专门查过资料呢。"How do you know so much?" "I actually looked it up specially." ② A：你到了吗？　B：我才刚出门呢，还要半个小时。"Are you there yet?" "I've only just left — another half hour." ③ 我还以为你不来了呢。I thought you weren't coming.

练一练 Practice：朋友说"谢谢你帮我搬家"，其实你正想请他帮忙。你怎么说？ Your friend says "thanks for helping me move" — but you were actually about to ask them for a favor. What do you say?

③ 还不是 + 名词　——　引出原因，带点甩锅

还不是 + noun — gives a reason, with a hint of passing the buck

结构 Structure：还不是 + 人／事 还不是 + person / thing 语感 Nuance：解释原因，但语气像在抱怨，有时是在把责任推给别人。常用来回答"为什么"。 It gives a reason, but the tone is complaining — sometimes it shifts the blame onto someone else. Often used to answer "why?".

• 剧中 In the show：吴池——还不是我那个妹妹，前两天跟她老公吵架，非要来咱们家住……
• 他例 More examples： ① A：你怎么迟到了？　B：还不是路上堵车。"Why are you late?" "Traffic, that's what." ② A：谁把房间弄得这么乱？　B：还不是你弟弟。"Who made this room such a mess?" "Your brother, who else." ③ 我这么累，还不是为了这个家。I'm this exhausted, and all for this family.

练一练 Practice：同事问"你为什么没交报告？"（原因是打印机坏了） A colleague asks why you didn't submit the report. The printer broke.

④ 倒是……　——　先让一步，再说另一半

倒是…… — concede a little, then say the other half

结构 Structure：……倒是 + 评价 ……倒是 + an assessment 语感 Nuance：先承认对方的说法，再在没说出口的地方表达另一层意思。这句话的重点不在字面。 You first acknowledge what the other person said, then imply a second meaning in what you leave unsaid. The real point is never the literal words.

• 剧中 In the show：郑萋——是吗？这个颜色倒是跟小姑子肤色蛮衬的。 字面 Literal：这颜色挺配你妹妹的。The color suits your sister quite well. 实际 Actual：这耳环是谁的，我心里已经有数了。 "I already know exactly whose earring this is."
• 他例 More examples： ① 这个方案倒是挺好，就是时间来不及。The plan is fine as far as it goes — it's the timing that doesn't work. ② 东西倒是便宜，质量嘛，就不好说了。Cheap, sure — the quality, though, is another question. ③ 他倒是挺客气，就是办事不太靠得住。He's polite enough — just not very reliable when it counts.

练一练 Practice：朋友推荐一家餐厅，你去过但觉得很难吃。既不失礼，又要表达你的意思。 A friend recommends a restaurant. You've been there and thought the food was terrible. Be polite, but get your point across.

影子跟读（shadowing）是什么 What is shadowing 角色说一句，你几乎同时跟着说一句。不停顿、不回放、不追求完美——目的是让嘴巴跟上节奏。 The character says a line and you say it almost at the same time. No pausing, no rewinding, no chasing perfection — the goal is to get your mouth onto the rhythm.

A. 第一遍｜0.5x 或 0.75x 倍速影子跟读

Round 1 — shadowing at 0.5x or 0.75x

1. 把播放速度调到 0.5x（觉得太慢就用 0.75x）Set speed to 0.5x, or 0.75x if that feels too slow
2. 角色说一句，你跟着说一句，不要暂停 Say each line along with the character. Do not pause.
3. 整集跟完一遍。跟丢了就等下一句，不要倒回去 Go through the whole episode. If you fall behind, wait for the next line — don't rewind.

B. 第二遍｜正常倍速影子跟读

Round 2 — shadowing at normal speed

1. 把速度调回 1.0x Set speed back to 1.0x
2. 照样一句一句跟着说 Shadow line by line as before
3. 跟不上就跳过，绝对不要暂停 If you can't keep up, skip. Never pause.

C. 第三遍｜听一句，复述一句

Round 3 — listen to one line, then retell it

1. 用正常倍速播放 Play at normal speed
2. 每听完一句，按暂停，用完整的话把刚才那句复述出来 After each line, press pause and repeat that line back in full
3. 说不出来就跳过，不要倒回去 If you can't, skip it. Don't rewind.
4. 复述时尽量模仿原句的语气，不只是字 Match the original tone of voice, not just the words

自评 Self-assessment（每句打勾 tick one per line）：

任务 Task：用 5–8 句话，从头到尾讲一遍第 1 集发生了什么。先写下来，再说出来。 In 5–8 sentences, tell the whole story of Episode 1 from beginning to end. Write it down first, then say it.

框架句式 Sentence frames（用这些词把句子连起来，不要背整句 use these to link your sentences — don't memorize full sentences）：
