我没有 HSK4 证书，能学吗？
能。我们不看证书，看能力：60 秒自测三条里做到两条就能学。基础扎实的 HSK3 学习者也欢迎挑战。
Yes — we look at ability, not certificates. Pass 2 of the 3 checks in the 60-second self-test and you're ready. Solid HSK3 learners are welcome to try.
视频在哪里看？海外能打开吗？
片源在腾讯视频（第 1 集直链在免费体验页）。部分地区可能打不开——先用课件和闪卡学，或联系老师要备用片源。
Videos are on Tencent Video (Episode 1 link is on the free page). Some regions may be geo-blocked — study with the lessons and flashcards first, or ask the teacher for an alternative source.
字幕关不掉怎么办？
腾讯视频的字幕无法关闭。想练「不看英文 / 拼音」，用课件页 L3 的三档切换。
Tencent Video won't hide subtitles. To practise without English or pinyin, use the 3-mode switch in section L3 of each lesson.
每课要花多长时间？
精学一课 45–60 分钟（每节课覆盖 2 集）；闪卡和 Anki 复习另算，每天 10–15 分钟。
One lesson takes 45–60 min (each lesson covers 2 episodes); flashcards and Anki review add 10–15 min a day.
资料会更新吗？
会。课件网页版持续更新（补时间码、补练习），已购学员免费看最新版。
Yes. The web lessons keep improving (timecodes, exercises) — and updates are free for existing students.
